Our Return Promise
We hold our craft to the highest standards—just like you do. If you’re not completely in love with your leather piece, we’re happy to welcome back any unused, non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No hoops to jump through, just honest craftsmanship and a promise to make things right.
How to Start a Return

- Login to your account using the same email you used when you placed your order.
- Click the button that says “Request Return” to initiate the return.
- We will either approve or decline the request (depending on the reason) within 24 hours of receiving it.
Packing Up Your Return
To help your leather piece make it back to us safely, please:
- Securely place any straps or metal attachments inside the product to prevent surface damage.
- Include the original dust bag and box (if any).
- Use a properly sized box to prevent unnecessary movement in transit.
- Pack the item as securely as it arrived, and include your name or order number inside the package so we can locate your details upon arrival.
We take great care in crafting our leather goods, and we kindly ask for the same care when returning them. If an item comes back to us worn, damaged, or in a condition that doesn’t meet our return guidelines, we won’t be able to accept it.
In such cases, we’ll send it back to you along with a notification. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep the spirit of quality craftsmanship alive!
A Note on Leather's Character:
Leather is a story written in nature’s hand. Natural marks like bug bites, veins, and fence scratches are not defects—they’re part of the beauty of working with minimally finished, full-grain hides. If you love leather for its raw, untamed charm, you’ll appreciate these unique details.
Personalized items that were correctly made are final sale. Since they were crafted just for you, they can’t be returned or refunded.
Return Shipping & Processing
We aim to make returns as smooth as possible. Shipping costs and customs fees are non-refundable.
For exchanges:
- Free exchanges are only available in the U.S.
- International customers who wish to exchange/return a product must cover any additional shipping costs.
Once we receive your return, we typically process refunds and exchanges every Friday. During peak seasons or high-volume orders, processing may take a bit longer, but we’ll keep you updated.
What If I Refuse My Package to Avoid Customs Fees?
Customs fees are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the buyer. If you refuse the shipment, we may not be able to recall it. If a return is possible, any costs involved will be deducted from your refund. If it isn’t, a refund won’t be possible—so we recommend handling customs fees directly with your courier

For exchanges, return shipping costs will be covered by the customer. If you’re sending back an item valued over $75, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure it arrives safely.
Just a Heads-Up on Returns & Exchanges
If you're in the USA, exchanges are free—you’ll just need to cover the cost of sending the item back to our workshop.
Outside the USA? No problem—you can still return or exchange. Just know that if you’re swapping for another item, we’ll kindly ask you to cover the shipping for the new one coming your way.
