Shipping & Delivery

Every order is carefully packed and shipped within 2–5 business days from one of our two workshops, located in Dallas, TX, USA, and Ubrique, Spain. Depending on stock availability, your order may ship from either location—or in some cases, from both.

Estimated Transit Times:
Shipping times vary based on your chosen shipping method, typically ranging from 2–7 days. Any available shipping upgrades will be shown at checkout.

For Our U.S. Customers
If your item is only available in Spain, we will first ship it to our U.S. warehouse to help you avoid paying customs fees.

Please note that this process may extend the delivery time, as we need to wait for the package to arrive at our U.S. facility before it is shipped to you. The timeline depends on how quickly the customs department clears the shipment, which is unfortunately beyond our control.

Once your package leaves our warehouse, it is handled by the courier, and we no longer have control over the delivery process. In cases of delays, missing packages, or shipments marked as delivered but not received, please email us at help@pegai.com. We’ll gladly assist you in filing a claim with the courier and support you throughout the process.

Please note that resolving such cases may take some time, but rest assured—we’ll do our best to help every step of the way.

A Note for Our International Customers

Customs fees are determined by your country’s regulations and must be paid upon arrival. If you choose to reject the shipment to avoid these fees, retrieving the package may not always be possible.

If we’re able to recall the shipment, any costs involved will be deducted from your refund. However, if returning the package isn’t feasible due to high costs, courier restrictions, or other factors, a refund won’t be possible.

To avoid complications, we strongly recommend working directly with the courier to process any customs fees. Thank you for your understanding and support!
