I ordered belts and other leather goods for Christmas gifts. Unfortunately, they sent the wrong belt size in one of the items, which was clearly labeled incorrectly. I sent the photos they requested, and they had me measure the length of the belt to verify. However, they did not send out a replacement in time, and I did not have time in my schedule to package and send back the incorrect size belt before my holiday travels. The customer service was disappointing.
